The Relationship Skills Challenge Deck is a set of 20 cooperative mini‑challenges and debrief cards designed to help students practice empathy, teamwork, and communication in real time. Each challenge invites movement, laughter, and reflection — turning social‑emotional learning into shared experience.

Rooted in neuropsychology and the CASEL relationship‑skills framework, this deck helps children and teens build trust, solve problems together, and understand how connection feels in the body. Every activity is followed by a Debrief Card, guiding students to name what worked, what felt hard, and what helped — strengthening emotional awareness and group resilience.

Developed with input from educators, mental‑health professionals, and the All Hearts Cultural & Spiritual Council, the deck is inclusive, trauma‑informed, and culturally respectful.
