Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are prepared with care.
- Printed booklets, kits, and physical products: 3–5 business days
- 3D‑printed items: 5–7 business days (each piece is printed to order)
- Digital downloads: Delivered instantly by email
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Typical delivery windows:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier disruptions.
Tracking Your Order
Most physical orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. While we can’t control postal delays, we’ll always do our best to support you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Digital Products
All digital downloads are non‑refundable, as files are delivered instantly. If you experience an issue accessing your files, we’re happy to help.
Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
To start a return:
- Contact us with your order number
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no cost. Please include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
Custom & 3D‑Printed Items
Because custom and 3D‑printed items are made to order, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
